Shea Butter
Protects and moisturizes the skin. It is beneficial in a treatment cream as it offers excellent skin penetration and is highly emollient.
Yeast Extract
A mix of amino acids, sugars and proteins that act as super hydrators. They also appear to have wound healing properties and are believed to increase the production of collagen.
Phytic Acid
A natural plant extract found in fruit and cereal seeds. Used as a skin brightening agent because of its melanin formation blocking abilities. Also known as an antioxidant. All stem cells, independently of their origin (plant, animal or human) contain specific epigenetic factors whose function is to maintain the self-renewal capacity of stem cells. Malus Domestica has been shown by various invitro experiments. Other studies demonstrated its age delaying and anti-wrinkle effects.
Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Cell Extract
Derived from a redflesh grape tolerant to strong UV radiation, is known to helpfight free radical damage and protect skin against UV stress. Also increases skins tolerance to UV light.
Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract (Apple Stem Cells)
Helps fight the signs of chronological aging. This rejuvenating ingredient helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Lactic Acid
An alpha hydroxy acid derived from sour milk, lactic acid has been used for centuries to relieve dry, aged skin. Lactic acid has better water intake than glycerin and studies report that lactic acid has an ability to increase the water-holding capacity of the corneum layer as well as improve the elasticity of the skin.
