Give dry-feeling skin a supple, nourished finish. This oil serum combines bakuchiol, CoQ10, cloudberry seed oil, squalane, vitamin E, and botanical proteins. It contains bakuchiol rather than retinol, with lavender essential oil contributing to its aroma.

How to use

Warm 3–4 drops between your palms and gently press onto your face, using less if your skin prefers a lighter layer. For an evening routine, apply moisturizer first, then press the oil over it. When first adding it over Dream Skin, start with 1–2 drops on alternate nights. Finish your morning routine with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher.

Contains essential oils. Patch test before facial use, especially if your skin reacts to botanicals or essential oils. Avoid irritated skin and stop use if irritation occurs.

How do I apply the oil serum?

Warm 3–4 drops between your palms, then gently press onto your face. Smooth any remaining oil over your neck and chest. You can use it in your morning or evening routine. Start with less if your skin prefers a lighter layer.

Where does it fit with my moisturizer?

For a simple evening routine, apply your moisturizer first, then press the oil serum on top. You do not need to add another serum to use this one. Adjust the amount to how your skin feels rather than adding more steps.

Does this serum contain retinol?

No. This formula uses bakuchiol, not retinol, alongside CoQ10, cloudberry seed oil, squalane, and vitamin E. If you prefer a renewal oil without retinol, this is the option in the PURELY BELLA collection.

Can I use it if I have combination or oily skin?

Start with 2 drops rather than 4 and adjust to how your skin feels. You can focus application on areas that feel dry instead of applying the same amount everywhere. If the finish feels too rich, use less.

Is it fragrance-free or suitable for easily reactive skin?

It is not fragrance-free. The formula contains lavender essential oil, which contributes to its scent. Botanicals and essential oils may not suit everyone, so patch test before using it on your face, especially if your skin reacts to them. Stop use if irritation occurs.

My Favourite non greasy face oil

Lovely scent and feel!

The serum oil comes in a 1fl.oz. heavy frosted glass bottle with a rather large cap (the cap takes a bit strength to remove, fyi) and a locking pump. The oil itself is a really cheery yellow color. This has a more oily consistency than a regular serum, thus you don’t need a lot. Just be mindful of that when you are applying, product comes out of the pump very easily! It has a really lovely botanical lavender scent that makes this just a joy to use - for all of your senses! I just applied this to my skin with my fingers, it’s not sticky in the least and it doesn’t soak in or dry as quickly as you think it would. But once it does soak in your skin just feels plump and hydrated and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to start using this after the Purely Bella exfoliating pads because the two together are going to feel so good.

Great ingredients and design, but a bit heavy

Overall, it’s a pretty good product. I’m really happy with the clean, quality ingredients, and the packaging gets a huge plus - the bottle is beautiful and very user-friendly. The only downside for me is the texture. It feels a bit too greasy for a serum and takes longer than usual to absorb.
