Follow with 1–2 pumps of Flawless on face and neck, then broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Start Flawless every other morning during the first week. Serenity is an optional cooling refresh; close your eyes and avoid direct eye contact when misting.

Evening

Cleanse with Oasis and remove with warm water and a soft damp cloth. Apply a pea-sized amount of Dream Skin, starting on alternate nights. Once your skin is comfortable, add 1–2 drops of Renewal Oil over the cream on alternate nights, increasing the amount only if needed.

Start Gentle Renewal Pads once weekly on an evening without Dream Skin or other exfoliating products. Increase only as tolerated, to no more than three times weekly. What comes in The Perimenopause Method?

Do I start every product at once?

No. Patch test separately and introduce one product at a time. Begin with a simple cleanse-and-moisturize routine, then add other steps gradually. Start Dream Skin on alternate evenings and Flawless on alternate mornings rather than at full frequency.

Which goes first, Dream Skin or the oil?

Apply Dream Skin first, then press a small amount of Renewal Oil on top if you want a richer finish. When adding the oil, start with 1–2 drops on alternate nights.

How often should I use the exfoliating pads?

Start once weekly on an evening without Dream Skin or other exfoliating products. Increase only as tolerated, to no more than three times weekly. Do not use the pads morning and evening on the same day.

How do I use the eye masks?

Apply a thin layer of Tight & Bright Eye Gel first, then place the reusable silicone masks over it for 10–15 minutes. They are not pre-soaked masks. Wash with mild soap and water and air-dry after every use.

Is the Method fragrance-free or retinoid-free?

No. Several products contain essential oils, including peppermint in Serenity and lavender in Dream Skin and the oil serum. Dream Skin contains retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative. Patch test and check the individual ingredient lists for your known triggers.

Do these products replace sunscreen?

No. Finish your morning routine with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and follow its reapplication instructions. Sunscreen is not included.

How does the value breakdown work?

Another lovely product for our aging skin!

This moisturizer comes in a 1.7 fluid ounce bottle with a very cool mechanism for opening, you twist the base and the top pops out lifts out. You then push down on the top to dispense the moisturizer. I don’t know - I know it isn’t new or anything, it just really appeals to me! The moisturizer itself is a peachy-orange color and has a slightly rosy yet medicinal smell. It’s a fairly thick texture, but smooths into the skin rather quickly. I haven’t noticed any brightening of my dark spots just yet, but my skin feels very soft and moisturized after application and it stays throughout the day. I feel like the only flaw in the design is that there tends to be a bit of product left in the nozzle that would definitely dry out and clog.

Don’t be scared of the Oil Moisturizer… it’s the BEST!

I absolutely love this oil cleanser. After using most cleansers, my face feels dry like it’s going to crack. The Purely Bella Oil Cleanser does the exact opposite . I feel instantly moisturized and although I always use the Flawless Brightening Moisturizer following the cleanser, sometimes I can’t remember if I put the moisturizer on bc my skin feels so incredible.

The Tight & Bright Peptide Eye Gel feels like a cool drink of water for the under‑eye area. The gel texture is super lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. My Favourite non greasy face oil

The Bakuchiol + CoQ10 Renewal Oil Serum has a silky, lightweight oil texture that surprised me it’s not heavy or greasy at all. Lovely scent and feel!

The serum oil comes in a 1fl.oz. heavy frosted glass bottle with a rather large cap (the cap takes a bit strength to remove, fyi) and a locking pump. The oil itself is a really cheery yellow color. This has a more oily consistency than a regular serum, thus you don’t need a lot. Just be mindful of that when you are applying, product comes out of the pump very easily! It has a really lovely botanical lavender scent that makes this just a joy to use - for all of your senses! I just applied this to my skin with my fingers, it’s not sticky in the least and it doesn’t soak in or dry as quickly as you think it would. But once it does soak in your skin just feels plump and hydrated and rejuvenated. I cannot wait to start using this after the Purely Bella exfoliating pads because the two together are going to feel so good.
